Online Print Designer Tips and F.A.Q's:
Why won't my artwork upload on the online print designer? The file you
are trying to upload may be corrupt or the file size is to large. No
worries though, convert your artwork into a low res JPEG and upload it.
We always check artwork before it goes into production and will contact
you if the artwork isn't up to print standards. If you are still having
trouble please don't hesitate to contact us, sometimes it is an easy
fix.
I'm on a budget, what suggestions do you have to get the best price?
Keep your colors in the artwork to a minimum for the Screen Printing
process (example: a one color print will be much cheaper than a three
color print) Also the higher the quantity you purchase per design, the
lower the print prices will be for each T-shirt etc. Another tip is to
look out for the single dollar sign that is listed on the clothing
thumbnails( more dollar signs means more expensive). Choosing a white
T-shirt is more cost effective than a dark color such as black. This is
because dark T-shirts are more expensive to begin with and we also must
print a white under base to make your artwork look as perfect as
possible.
Why do you only offer light color clothing and not dark colors such as
black for the (DTG) Digital Print Process? We chose not to print on dark
garments with the (DTG) Digital Print Process because that would
require us to print white ink and we don't feel the technology is there
yet with the white ink process. If you want white ink or dark garments
than we recommend choosing the Screen Printing Process.
I'm local to San Diego, can I choose to not pay for shipping and instead
pick my order up? Sure, upon check out click on "in store pick up" and
the shipping charges will be excluded from the order. When your order is
printed and complete we will store on our will call shelf awaiting your
pick up.
